We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automotive repair and maintenance. The successful candidate will have experience working with power tools and hand tools, and will be able to perform a variety of tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repair.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems. The right candidate will train alongside our Master Technician for more specialized and complex diagnostic and programming work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:

• Remove and reinstall automatic and manual transmissions, transaxles, transfer cases, and related driveline components

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various vehicle systems using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics.

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, transmissions, electrical systems, and engines to manufacturer specifications.

• Use power tools and hand tools to diagnose and fix issues with vehicles, including issues related to the powertrain and ADAS systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.

• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to complete auto estimating and ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Maintain detailed service records, document repair procedures, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology and maintenance procedures.

BENEFITS:

• Our pay range is a starting point and estimate. Starting rate is based on candidate experience.

• Overtime is paid at time and a half rate, and we have significant overtime opportunities.

• In addition to our hourly pay, all employees past their probationary period (90 days) are eligible for a weekly performance bonus that can be up-to $100/week (that's up to $5,200/year).
